“The St. Charles Public Library welcomed the community Saturday with a grand reopening and ribbon cutting event following the completion of its $18.6 million renovation and expansion project. [St. Charles Public Library Director Edith Craig] described the job “as a full gut renovation as down to the studs as you could get” and promised that the facility is unlike any other around.”
