From the south Chicago suburb of Blue Island, Jaime enjoys spending his free time watching movies and TV shows in the comfort of his own home. With music and dance also being a big part of his life, he enjoys getting the chance to attend live shows; however, he is perfectly content with putting in his earbuds, turning on some music, and having a dance party by himself.
As a designer, Jaime is inspired by how people interact with the built-environment and how designers and architects are able to truly impact how one experiences a space. With a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jaime has over five years of experience, four of which were while working in the engineering field.
Jaime did gymnastics for a year in hopes of learning how to do a back flip. Unfortunately, the back flip part is still on his bucket list.
