When MariaLuisa met her husband, he was her boss. Now, nearly twenty years and three children later, she enjoys reminding him that now she is the boss. As SNHA’s Employee Resource Manager, MariaLuisa is most inspired by good-hearted people who go above and beyond to help others. She brings more than a twenty-five years experience in office management in the architecture and construction industry. MariaLuisa received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial OrganizationalOrganisational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
