Despite visiting and living in many different places throughout Europe, Prokopis still considers one place home: Thessaloniki, Greece where he was born and raised. Outside of architecture, Prokopis loves all things basketball. Whether he’s playing it, watching it, or discussing it, if it’s anything related to the “orange goddess,” he’s having fun. He also enjoys cooking and is a self-proclaimed foodie – traveling the world for new tastes, drinks and cultures to experience.
As an architect, Prokopis’s professional curiosity is fueled by his fascination with the relationship between the built space and nature and the impact it has on the way people live. His diverse academic background and professional experience has enabled him to develop a holistic approach to the design process which, he believes, is instrumental in a successful outcome.
Prokopis earned both his Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Furthering his studies at Cardiff University, he gained a Master of Science in Environmental Design of Buildings.
From years of snorkeling, Prokopis has learned how to fish for octopus with his bare hands!
