Though originally from China, Ting has spent time living in Liverpool, London, Philadelphia and New York before recently settling in Chicago. Outside of architecture, her interests include playing simple video games (she’s almost level-300 in Candy Crush), jogging, and is even a professional pipa player!

As a designer, Ting especially admires the work of architect Rem Koolhaas and is always inspired by the ever-evolving intersection of architecture and technology. Ting earned her Bachelor of Art in architecture from the University of Liverpool and her Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
