An early-on interest in computers and a knack for helping people was what drove Tom to pursue a career in information technology, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University – not too far from his hometown of New Lenox. Before joining SNHA, Tom held an IT internship with the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington D.C.

In his spare time, Tom likes to keep up on movies, TV shows, and of course, tech. He recently learned the programming language Python and taught himself how to use it for Artificial Intelligence.
