Performance Driven, Poetically Crafted Architecture

Ikenberry Hall

Student Dining Hall

And Residential Programs

University policy dictated dividing the project between a Design Architect and an Architect of Record, which is the role that SNHA filled. Transition services included resolution of budget conflicts and the redesign of roof and mechanical systems. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

The dining hall serves meals to 3,600 students at seven food stations.

The Hall’s program includes a learning commons, music practice rooms, a fitness center and seminar facilities.

The architectural and interior details crafted by SNHA maintain original design intent, conform to University design and construction standards, and resolve inherited budget conflicts.
