Originally from the south of Spain, Julio loves hand drawing and traveling the world, especially if done at the same time. He hates watching sports on TV and drinking beer, especially if done at the same time. After meeting his wife while studying Landscape Architecture in Norway, Julio likes to say he came to Chicago for love and stayed for the great weather. He received both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia and his second Master in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Julio completed a four-day climbing expedition of Mount Rainier.
