Increasing competition for available land, concurrent facility roll-outs, and accelerated turn overs pressure site selection, acquisition, and planning. Through close collaboration, strong relationships, and detailed analysis, SNHA assists clients with site feasibility analysis, master planning, phased planning, permitting, and entitlements. SNHA and our design partners work closely with clients’ real estate teams, attorneys, and estimators to assess the limitations and risks of a site through civil, zoning, and environmental analyses. We communicate with local jurisdictions to provide clients a clear understanding of localized permitting expectations. Once a site’s constraints are understood, we masterplan to maximize its development potential and outline project phasing. With client approval of the masterplan, we develop entitlements packages prior to the design phase to reduce the zoning approval and permitting schedule.
